Powered by Els for Autism, the Big Easy Cafe by Ernie Els is furthering our vision of creating a world of endless possibilities for individuals with ASD.
Located inside the Stoops Family Adult Services Building on The Els Center of Excellence Campus, our cafe serves as one of our state-of-the-art vocational labs supporting daily living and vocational training for the clients in our Adult Day Training (ADT) program and individuals enrolled in our Work Experience (WE) program. In our cafe, our adult clients learn essential skills to excel in the food industry. The cafe is also a place of meaningful paid employment for an autistic adult.
Every Friday, we welcome the public to dine in our cafe. Plus, on the first Friday of each month, our Sea of Possibilities social enterprise sets up shop—inviting you to ‘Dine & Shop.’ Let us and your friends know you’re coming by visiting our Facebook event page.
In addition to offering breakfast, lunch, and snack menu items, our cafe sells granola, branded Els for Autism & Big Easy Cafe by Ernie Els tumblers, and special holiday platters. We also offer catering services.
